Guarantee: We offer a 100% guarantee on our workmanship. If you have any structural issues with your holster or other item (lose stitching, etc) please contact us immediately.
Custom Orders: Custom items are just that, customly made to your order. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so please be sure to double check your order before you submit it. Custom items cannot be canceled for any reason and cannot be modified once they have been started. If you notice an error with an order you place with us please contact us immediately to correct it before production is begun.
Our processing time is an estimate. While we almost always ship +/- 2 weeks of that time, please note that sometimes even our best estimate can be a little off, we do appreciate your patience.
Ready to Ship Orders: Ready to ship items generally ship within 24 – 48 hours and can be returned within 2 weeks in new condition only (not applicable to everyday wear belts). Please contact us before sending an item back for approval.
